This week I decided to inspire you with a romantic Gray, Blush, and Antique Silver board.
Linens in gray, flowers in blush pink, and accents in slate and silver. Have fun contrasting “hard” elements like silver mercury glass votives and slate place cards with lush overflowing arrangements of peonies, roses, and ranunculus. Antique chalkboards are a perfect way to display menus and seating charts (Etsy has some fabulous larger ones, while Cloud Nove supplies smaller ones for table displays), and adding some delicate blush colored ribbons on the seats is a much welcome change from the typical chair covers. In terms of fashion, gray linen is great suit choice, and I actually like gray dresses as well. It allows a bride to stand out in a blush dress like the gorgeous Vera Wang on the left. That being said, if a bride still wants to wear white on her day, something like the vintage sash can be just as beautiful.
