The Beach: Kate's Inspired

From intern Kate:

Anyone who knows me knows I love the beach and the summer. About this time of year I started itching to feel the sand between my toes again. What better way to honor my mildly unhealthy obsession than by making a wedding theme out of it!

For a beach wedding you want to keep things light and simple, but as elegant and creative as ever. This beautiful dress is by one of my favorite designers, Nicole Miller.  This beautiful dress is light and delicate and a perfect compliment to the sandy setting for your nuptials.

For you or as a gift to your bridal party, this amazing freshwater pearl and Swarovski crystal necklace is from (once again, my favorite) Na Hoku. The Hawaiian based jewelry company also has a full line of tropical and beach themed jewelry, engagement rings, and wedding bands.

For your ceremony, try a bamboo aisle runner or tiki torches decorated with seashells. For table d├ęcor, try these faux coral candleholders and cool linens.   Instead of a traditional bouquet, why not try a shell bouquet? And finally for your guests to take home, try these faux coral wine stoppers as favors.
