Being Indian, our culture is big on all natural ingredients. After some research I found 5 natural herbs that help target specific issues that women may face.

1. Saffron - is good for fighting bacteria on the skin and brightening the complexion


2. Green Tea Leaves - helps prevent anti-aging, acne and reduce sun damage



3. Yuzu - good for strengthening, softening and brightening the skin because it is high in Vitamin C



4. Gold Nugget - helps reduce inflammation



5. Korean Ginseng - helps combat skin fatigue and aging; encourages cell renewal
